If it's a spelling suggestion, you can click the Add to Dictionary icon on the right to add the word to your custom Grammarly dictionary, so you won't be bothered with this suggestion again. Click the trash can icon on the right to dismiss the suggestion and keep your original text. Click a suggestion (highlighted in green) to make the change.
